The characters continue to grow as their lives become more complex and their decisions have repercussions down the line. The continuity of the stories for the characters is excellent.
The voice acting is becoming more certain as the actors grow into their roles. I was quite happy to see one of my favorite seiyuu. Night At The Crossroads more. Mary Elizabeth Mc. Glynn show up, but the joy is a bittersweet one. I'll leave that as an exercise for the student to discover why.

Production values are quite high, visually the series is improving although I am still getting used to the 3. DCGI - but I had that disconnect with the precursor series Star Wars Clone Wars. The only reason I can't give the series 5 stars is that many of the stories and outcomes are telegraphed way in advance, but then again this is an American show for American audiences so I really can't expect the grittiness of Japanese anime sensibilities here. But, in any regard the show is very, very good and continues to get better. Recommended with no caveats.
